SPENCER STOCKING
Birthday: December 31st

My name is Spencer Stocking, I'm sixteen and ride out of
Trabuco Canyon, CA. I have been riding bikes all my life, but it
wasn't until December 2008 when I began riding as a sport. My love
for riding comes from many different things, but mostly the risk and
reward of the sport. The thought of how I can get injured any second
and then the feeling I get when I place well, makes me want to ride
even more! The feeling I get right before a race is indescribable. I
enjoy getting to hit new jumps, and the thrill is addictive. My
favorite places to ride locally are Telonics in Laguna Beach and the
Oakley jumps in Foothill Ranch; however, if I can get to Mammoth,
that is my preferred place to ride.
As a rider for Rampage Riding, I hope to represent the
company throughout all of the biking industry. I want to get rep
their products on the podium, and out at local riding spots. As a
rider in DH Mountain Biking, I want to start racing in the Pro/Cat 1
class and progress every time I ride.

CAMERON WILSEY
Birthday: January 5th

Hey, my name is Cameron
Wilsey, I am 16 years old, and I live in Huntington Beach,
California. I was always into riding bikes; however, I did not start
to get serious about it until I was about 14. My first race was the
SRC Challenge in 2007. I think I was hooked when I saw Kranked
Progression 6. I watched more Downhill movies, which led me to
getting my first DH bike, not long after. I love riding because when
my helmet and goggles go on nothing else matters. The world cancels
out and you are just riding your bike. I like to ride the trail in
Laguna Beach.
My goals for riding with Rampage are to make it to as
many races as possible. I am also going to focus on consistently
making the podium at every race! When it comes to my person goals, I
want to just keep riding and racing as much as I can. You can always
be faster and stronger, and I want to just keep progressing in my
riding. As far as where I want to go as a rider, I want to just go
as far as I can with it. I dont ever see myself stopping anytime
soon. I will just keep pushing myself to have that perfect race run.

I BOUGHT MY FIRST
MOUNTAIN BIKE IN 8TH GRADE TO PARTICIPATE IN A BIKE
MARATHON TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE RED CROSS. I BEGAN RIDING DOWNHILL A
YEAR LATER WHEN A FRIEND TOOK ME TO ONE OF OUR LOCAL TRAILS. NOW,
TWO YEARS LATER, I AM PROGRESSING AT DOWNHILL RACING AND CURRENTLY
WORKING TOWARDS THE SPORT CLASS, WITH A GOAL OF RACING IN EXPERT
STARTING JANUARY 2010.
I BEGAN RIDING DOWNHILL
WHEN I WAS 15 YEARS OLD. IT IS A WAY FOR ME TO RELIEVE STRESS AND A
WAY I CAN GET A NATURAL HIGH THROUGH MY ADRENALINE AS I PUMP FULL
SPEED INTO A ROCK GARDEN. SHORTLY AFTER I STARTED TO RACE, I GOT MY
FIRST JOB AT A BIKE SHOP. I LEARNED HOW TO REPAIR MY OWN BIKE AND
PREP IT FOR RACES.
MY FAVORITE PLACE TO
RIDE SO FAR IS NORTHSTAR AT LAKE TAHOE. THE TRAIL SYSTEM IN TAHOE IS
AMAZING! THERE IS EVERYHTING FROM TRAILS WITH JUMPS, NEVER ENDING
ROCK GARDENS, AND EVEN SOME SKINNLY SINGLE TRACK TO TEST YOU
AGILITY. NORTHSTAR IS A GREAT PLACE TO TRAIN BECAUSE OF THE VARIETY
OF TRAILS.
PERSONALLY, I HOPE TO
FINISH TOP 3 OVERALL IN THE 2010 SEAON. I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE THROUGH
THE CLASSES AND RACE PRO IN THE YEARS TO COME AND GET SPONSORED BY
GIANT BYCYCLES. I ALSO HOPE TO PROMOTE RAMAPGE RIDING TO THE BEST OF
MY ABILITY, BY RIDING MY HARDEST AT EVERY EVENT. AS A RIDER, I WOULD
LIKE TO SUPPORT THE SPORT TO GET NEW RIDERS INTO DOWNHILL. I WOULD
LOVE TO COACH YOUNGER RIDERS AND WATCH THEM PROGRESS AND GET
SPONSORED
